By accessing or using MXI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
MXI provides a materials and commodities intelligence platform including price tracking, market analysis, AI-generated insights, watchlists, and alerts. The information provided is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice, investment recommendations, or trading signals.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are listed in USD and may change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or redistribute data from the Service; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (d) resell or sublicense access without written permission; or (e) use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API.
Market data, AI analysis, and other content are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Commodity prices may be delayed or simulated. You retain ownership of any data you upload. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MXI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data loss. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and dispute resolution) will survive.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.
